Greenp0ison 4.2.1 Jailbroken (untethered) - Windows Version

Now, here's the Windows version of the Greenp0ison jailbreak for 4.2.1.
I would expect to have the same problem of the "Loader" not able to load up Cydia. Just follow the instruction here to resolve the problem.
