App Preview: External Keyboard for iPad with iPhone

Ever wanted to have an external keyboard for your iPad? Now it's possible to use your iPhone as an external keyboard to your iPad. The app is called External Keyboard.

App develop by Gp Imports Inc, Software Development
Price: $0.99

As the iPad has a limited language in the preset, with this app, you will be able to take the advantage of the languages that are in your iPhone. It pairs with either WiFi or Bluetooth.
It's also an universal app which means you only need to pay once and download it on both your iPhone and iPad.

Update: It's only working with the web browser that comes with the app. Other than that, none of the application will work. For example, if you would like to use it to type on your mail, safari or notes, this app will not work.
I understand why it does not work on other applications. Reason simply being that this is just an app. It's not a tweak or a updated functions on the iOS.
This is just to give a note to others that they fully understand the function of the app before purchasing.

iPhone 5 Leaked Design Drawings?

News from mobilefun.co.uk showing design drawings for the casing of the much anticipated iPhone 5.
From a quick glance, noticed that the display is bigger as the bezel is smaller. Observing the bigger exposed area on the home button probably suggesting a multi-gesture capabilities. The form factor also show similarity to iPad 2 design.
How true this is, up to you to decide :)

Enabling Facebook iPad App (Jailbreak)

This should serve as a guide to install the leaked Facebook iPad app. Take note that it will only work for iPad which are jailbroken. Currently the official untethered iOS is 4.3.3 for the iPad 2.

Step1: Go to AppStore and download the Facebook app for iPhone.
Step2: Lauch Cydia and tap on search. Search for FaceFoward. Install this tweak.
Step3: Once done, it will prompt for respring. That's it. You're done.
Step4: Launch Facebook app and enjoy it in iPad formatting.

I noticed some bugs here and there in the app. Probably that's the reason why it has yet to be released officially.
This is the guide for those who can't wait any longer :P

Canon X Mark I Mouse Lite

Canon camera team came up with an interesting design of integrating keypad, calculator and Bluetooth laser mouse all-in-one device code-named X Mark 1 Mouse.
A very nice innovative design by the Canon team since notebooks are replacing desktop more and more.
In fact the iMacs are all without the numeric keypad.

It comes in black and white variants with 3 buttons (left, right and scroll). The rest are standard calculator buttons. It will work with both Mac and PC.
It is announced with RRP of $59.99 and would be available in August.

New Mac Keyboard?

Sources managed to get some new sneak preview picture of the new keyboard for the Mac.
Take a closer look at the F3 and F4 buttons.
Slight changes to the F3 button which currently is being used for Expose function. I would expect it to be the same functionality but with the different name of Mission Control. The most interesting part would actually be the F4 button. The old F4 button calls out the Dashboard. I would guess it's probably for the new feature in Lion, the Launchpad.

Smart Cover Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1

History of suing each other between Samsung and Apple will never end I guess..
Previous lawsuit between each other seemed never ending between the iPhone and the Galaxy S families.
Now, up came another potential cries between the both with Anymode creating a much similar version of the Apple Smart Cover.

Now, what do you think it's going to happen? Nothing perhaps since there are already lots of Apple 3rd party Smart Covers widely available after the 1st week of the launch from Apple.
Sources says that none of the "Smart Covers" from Anymode were sold up to date as Samsung usually approves products which carries their Samsung trademark.
Would be interesting to hear what Steve Jobs has to say about this copycat issue!
