It was Maxis Internet Value Plan earlier, now it's DiGi's Smart Plan. With the new plans, lowest monthly commitment of RM38 (after auto-billing rebate) will give you a monthly data quota of 1GB. The only problem is you would need to sign up at least a 12 months contract. As for Maxis, there is no contract needed.

Terms and conditions mentioned that the offer is only for a valid duration in which this case could be only valid for the month of March. The new DG Smart Plan is also valid only for 12 months contract without device bundle.
